About the Online Parol Shop
What is Parol and why is it important?
OnlineParolShop was started by a Filipina/German couple in Trier, Germany. We felt it was essential to share the Filipino culture with our neighbors, friends, and family. Although we reside in an area with a presence of Filipino population, we discovered that it was hard to buy symbols of Traditional Filipino items, such as the Parol. We realized there are lots of Filipino families just like ours, living in other parts of Germany and especially Luxemburg who would likewise want to cultivate the Filipino culture on to their families. We would like to grow as a portal for contemporary Filipino items. We feel that being a seller enables us to reach Filipinos all over.
